Hi I have PTSD. Was DX 3 years ago after being attacked on school bus by 22 year old who came thru the back doors of my bus. She not only messed up every vertebra in my neck but tore my rotator cuff and screwed me up emotionally for the rest of my life. I use to be a people person but can barely cope day to day. My husband is use to me doing everything for our household now I don t seem to be able to do anything if it means interacting with people. I procrasinat to the point of not getting the...
