I finally called the employee assistance number to get a referral for someone to talk to. That was hard enough. Now I have to actually call the office to make an appointment. I m not sure why I m so afraid. I am brave enough to talk to people that are close to me... but they have done all they know to do to help, I think, and I should probably just give them a break from being my therapists and let them just be my friends. That s their job, after all. And since work is paying for the first few... So Afraid Of Making An Appointment...
