Night Terrors Happening Again

I had a real bad one last night. I was screaming for it to stop, bf was woken up, I was hugging him, and while awake, the farking shadows in the room became evil. I wasn t fully awake, I screamed, turned on the light, and my bf lost sleep. I didn t fall asleep until an hour later, listening to my favourite science videos online.
