Horrific Episode, 2 Er Visits

Hi Everyone, I m posting this because I had a horrific day yesterday and am still feeling incredibly raw and upset. Yesterday, for a number of reasons I don t feel like going into, I had an anxiety attack that lasted an entire day. I threw up until I couldn t feel my hands and feet anymore and all that was left in me was stomach acid. An ambulance took me to the ER, they gave me an IV and meds for nausea and anxiety, and then sent me on my way. Less than two hours later, the attack came... Horrific Episode, 2 Er Visits
