I am wearing a scarf around my neck and a scarf over my head right now. I look weird. It s not the only time I look weird because I am triggered by something (in this case, my hair). A lot of times I don t even fully understand why something triggers me. I am afraid of softness, and my hair is soft. Afraid of being vulnerable, and softness reminds me of being vulnerable. If it grew back in a day, I would shave my head right now. I thought maybe it would help if I made a list of triggers that... Triggers That Seem Crazy
