Hello there I m based in West Yorkshire, not far from Leeds. I m thinking about starting a PTSD friendship/support group and was wondering if anyone would like to join in? I have PTSD....currently being treated by the NHS with EMDR and CBT combined. I m sure I don t have to tell you that it can be quite a lonely journey this condition (or injury as I prefer to call it) I ve not found any PTSD support groups around the area, so, if anyone is interested, please reply and we ll join...
