I have decided to start this "trauma diary." I m not sure why. My gut is telling me that it might be helpful. Finally, I found an article that goes a long way toward explaining what is happening to me. This morning, I searched the forum on "repressed memories" and spent a lot of time reading what others have written. I found this article on an old thread.
