Worst so far I have just experienced and find difficult to process nightmare is this: [possibly triggering] I m "in the darkness/oblivion" where I "go" to escape whatever was happening to me that I coudn t handle. I had this dream where I was "there" in the dark, enjoying being "away" and everything was "ok" until I heard "me" screaming from where I left my body. My body was screaming, being tortured. The only way I could scream like that is severe pain. What were "they" doing to me? I... Worst Nightmare-flashback So Far
