I found myself giving some supportive advice this morning that made me wonder why I didn t do some of those things for me. That made one of my favorite quotes from Alice in Wonderland pop into my head, "I give myself very good advice, but I very seldom follow it." Hopefully asking myself this question will encourage me to do more nice things for myself with awareness. I know this is no small task. I m so unpracticed and so much more practiced at just the opposite. I guess it all starts... What Nice Thing Have You Done For You Lately?
