Physical Touch Withheld In Childhood

I have so many issues relating to physical touch. The need for it can send me into panic yet I often can t stand the feel of it, like a brief touch can overwhelm my senses and make me feel like I am drowning. I can t ever really remember being touched by my mom, other to have her push me away.
