Hello everyone. I have been dating a vet who has ptsd for about 6 months. He has been very open about his ptsd diagnosis with me, and has even asked me to learn more about it. Of course I have been reading up on things I find online but recently realized that just knowing the definition will do nothing to help me understand all the emotions, both his and mine.
