I have episodes of depersonalization. Yay me. I haven t had any in about 3 years. Now they are back. A few people have mentioned grounding techniques. I m new to these. My therapist has only worked on dealing with anxiety. But I have panic attacks because of my depersonalization. So I was wanting some tips on grounding. What kinds of things should I try? Also, I would love to hear how other people feel during their dissociation. I think it would make me feel better if I know I m not alone.... Grounding Techniques
