hi there, 24 year old female who was in a physical/financial/sexually abusive situation for 2 months total, which took place about 6 years ago now. Things were very difficult after leaving, but I got through it and was self sufficient again 6 months after the ordeal and in regular counselling for about 2 years after the abuse.
