I guess I just want to see what you all think darting eyes communicates in a therapy session. I usually have great eye contact with minimal looking down or away and then back to focused if I m feeling down. Yesterday I was dealing with some difficult stuff and so many thought were going through my mind about what she might think of me, how childlike I feel, and then a lot of memories were coming fast.
