A commonality that some of us have shared in quite a few forums, have resonated the need of our self acceptance. At least, I find that within myself, it has been an ongoing battle. Recently, I have found a web site for free that has offered quite a collection of educators, authors as well as therapist that have wonderful material on video or other audio for going forward in this area with kinder acknowledgement to ourselves.
