I have been on vistaril for anxiety along with my zoloft. After giving it a good run to see if this is helps at all, I have found instead it is a cure for insomnia. At least for now. I can barely stay awake after taking it, so it is out for daytime use now. Now i will be trying edmr and hope that it helps. My anxiety is really bad lately, i cant believe how scared to be around people in general most days. Part of the reason ive been away from here is well im sleeping 4 hours a... Ups And Downs
