Well, I had my second therapy session today. I could only handle half an hour, and she was fine with that. We re going to work on my work "trauma". I put that in quotes because it s not really a PTSD trauma, but it has really affected me and I haven t worked through it yet. My therapist is taking it seriously, though, which is a good thing. I am not looking forward to processing it, but I know I have to. It s part of my nightmares. And I m hoping that as I process it my nightmares in... Going To Work Again In Therapy
