Past Heart Attack And Chronic Stress?

I have a history of panic attacks ontop of my PTSD, which includes heart-pounding flashbacks. I ve always just written off the heart-attack feelings as anxiety. But today I had an ECG, and it s suggests evidence of past heart attacks. I m young, I m vegetarian, and I m fit, so I don t fit into any of the criteria for heart disease/heart attacks.
