Food Intolerances, Sensitivities, Allergies

I didn t want to thread jack another post (yes I did, badly) so I figured I d come start a new one. I used to eat everything. From crickets on a stick to mac n cheese, home cooking to haute cuisine, microwave boxed food & cup noodles to spend all day cooking for 1 meal. I grew up traveling all over the world / at home pretty much just picked an ethnicity to cook tonight. I trained in Italian cooking, but could also do much of the Med, Near East, & Far East.
