hello. I take 50mg per day of Sertraline, normally with my evening meal, as this is what works best for me in terms of managing the nausea and stomach upsets. As the day progresses and heads towards evening I sometimes feel slightly down - almost as if the Sertraline is at its lowest level and needing topped up. I know it remains in your system for a while after you stop taking it altogether, but can I actually be feeling a drop in level on a daily basis? I also get mind jolts & zaps on... Sertraline / Zoloft - Wearing Off Time Scale?
