Im running into some what of an issue i have discovered that one of my main triggers is part of my own body my arms are covered in scars some cigarette burn scars and some self inflicted scars i plan on getting tattoo s to cover and hopefully aid me in my recovery process but tattoos are expensive and i am unable to start them yet is there anyway that i can cover them or do something to help so that i dont trigger off them i ve tried wearing long sleeves but i tend to notice them more even...
