All my research and I didn t know about this. I found it in the Best Posts section. I highly recommend it for those of you who haven t gone through it. Tons of good stuff in there. I am going to research trauma bonding now, but really value any input that members here have about it. I can relate to most things on this list. Huge implications for my relationships.
