How Do I Tell My Therapist?

I don t have more than a few fuzzy memories, and lots of violent dreams including molestation. But how do I tell my therapist about my few memories of sexual abuse or physical abuse without her just thinking I m disgusting? I told her about one of the nightmares and she seemed disgusted (maybe because I canceled an appointment, but I took any response as a way to feel further ashamed of myself). Feels so disgusting.
