This is such a weird symptom but I think my anxiety sometimes gives me a tingly feeling on my skin primarily around my shoulders and chest and my shirt and under clothes feel so intensely uncomfortable all I can think of is getting them off. I had a long day of meetings today sitting down and went to class straight from there so I don t know if I just couldn t sit still any longer but I felt so restless like I needed to leave go for a run to release the extra anxious energy inside me.
