Unsure

Hello this is my first post. I was assaulted by a family friend when I was about 12 y/o. I have been told I have PTSD because of it but my mind keeps remembering a event that happened when I was about 3 or 4 of my grandfathers wife ( not my real grama). I remember being touched down there but that s all I really remember. I was so young I know I shouldn t have memories from that young but this image has haunted me my whole life. I m 35 now. I told my family but no one has ever believed me.... Unsure
