Older Trauma But New Here

Hi I m new here, and new to the concept that I have PTSD after just having started therapy; I m not new to CBT, but haven t had any up until now since experiencing my trauma (except for one session immediately following the trauma). I thought I was ok but was in denial about how my trauma has been effecting my life & how heavy the baggage I carry from it is. I am the victim of assault. It happened 2 years ago.
