Difficulties Describing Self And Updating Cv / Resume

First the good news, I just landed a new job, I m back in engineering (many thanks to friends and acquaintances who have offered suggestions and help). I ll be hideously embarrassed with any congratulations -but I think that goes with the territory wherein we dwell. Now the question, do we find it harder to write and update our CVs/resumes than the normal people in this world (all three of them) do?
