The CQC* has published their inspection report into my local Mental Health provider Trust. Overall they are rated Inadequate, the lowest possible rating. In the separate domains they are Inadequate for Safety, and for Leadership, Requires Improvement for Effective Care and Responsive Care, and Good for Caring I don t expect much will change, certainly not in the short term, but there is some reassurance in seeing that it isn t just me, and that It wasn t a case of me being so underserving... Care Quality Commission Validated My Experience.
