So my boyfriend and I (he has combat ptsd) broke up earlier this summer and got back together on the condition that we d start going to counseling (I really wanted the best for us). Almost 2 hectic months later, he s said he talked to his therapist about getting us in somewhere, but it s taking a while (and he misses his last therapy appointment and I don t know if he s even rescheduled yet) and I don t know if he s really trying or just making excuses. I have behavioral health care through... Should I Seek Help?
