Hey everyone, I m having a bad moment right now, maybe you can offer some advice. It s been really hot in the house the last couple of days, the AC doesn t work well, heat is one of my triggers. Because the house is hot I have to open it up and that lets in a lot of noise, and noise is another trigger.
