At work today I had a flashback, I know I did but I immediately disassociated....I cannot remember what it was. The same thing happened a couple of weeks ago..not a clue if the flashbacks was at all related. I ve never had this before....has anyone else experienced this? It is similar to remembering you had a bad dream but you can t remember what it was about but somehow something triggers you into remembering, later in the day.....except I don t remember later in the day.
