Candidate For Emdr

My therapist wants me to try emdr. My problem is she wont be the one doing it. They have another therapist in the office who does. It took me forever to trust my therapist. I will be so scared going to someone i don t know and trust. I am scared of new people, can t stand to be touched, or even close to a new person. Heck I won t even sit near some family members.
