So, about two weeks ago, I screwed my courage to the sticking place and went on an out-of-town trip with two good friends to go camping and rafting. Not bad for someone who struggles regularly with agoraphobia and panic attacks, or so I thought. This was even an out-of-state trip! Yee-haw! The Great Outdoors can kiss my ass.
