Over the past eight years, I ve struggled with benzo, dilaudid and heroin. I use them to dissociated and I m currently two years clean thanks to my two year old daughter but the cravings are coming back to me and hitting me hard. Should I speak with my therapist before my next appointment? Go to an NA a meeting (I ve never been and I don t know what to expect)? Or speak with my physician? Thanks in advance.
