Therapy Appointment - Wow! No Thank You.

Well, I had a therapy appointment yesterday with a new T. I haven t been in therapy since early 2012. I couldn t speak with the T prior to the appointment, but did speak to the receptionist who told me this person was deeply skilled for treating trauma and PTSD, throwing out the "EMDR" moniker which should have been my one of my first hints that something was amiss.
