Assembling The 'team'

So..This isn t exactly about therapy but it s not exactly NOT about therapy. I had my psychiatrist appointment today. I don t mind admitting that I was a nervous wreck. I knew she was going to take a complete history and the thought of delving to everything again felt daunting. At one point while I was in the waiting room I almost bailed. The Dr was nice enough.
