Oh sh*t sh*t sh*t. I haven t had an anxiety attack that was triggered by my pathological fear of being cheated on in a while, but I just spent a few hours with a friend of mine, and somehow hanging out with her triggered me. We hung out together and it was fine, she didn t say anything wrong , but she did talk about her online dating adventures.
