Hello, I am reaching out to try and find a way to cope with my trigger. I was sexually abused by my brother when I was very young and in suffering from PTSD, any sort of nudity sends me into a sever panic-anxiety attack. This is really affecting my life, especially in relationships. Last night my boyfriend was watching House of Cards and a nude scene came on.
