Hello everybody, On this forum I see people suffer from real problem (violence, sexual, war...), but for me, It s from something stupid. Well maybe, a fear is a fear..., no matter how it happens: when your body and brain undergoes a severe emotional shock, it may cause short or long-term problems... Why I think I have PTSD ? Well, a night, something I see freaked me out, especially a loud sound: I had a bad panic attack like short breath, blocking sensation in the chest, lower abdomen,... Hello And But I m Not Sure If I Have Ptsd !
