I m a single mother with a 20 month old daughter. Her father has never been involved, I have no family, and I ve never been able to make and keep relationships to have any trusted friends. I also have ptsd and have been struggling with varying degrees of dissociation and flashbacks for years. I m under the care of 2 wonderful therapists. The problem is that even though I have a good relationship with my therapists I still have trouble being fully honest about the difficulties I m having... Advice Needed From Parents With Ptsd
