I Guess That's What It's All About

Last week I plunged into the darker parts of PTSD. In therapy on Monday, I tried talking about how I really want to find out the answers to who it was that sexually abused me as a child. I talked about finding evidence in the world- looking at pictures or (gulp) talking to my mom or brother. I know the memories are real, but right now they seem surreal. And I was talking about how knowing the whole story seemed really important. Apparently that was enough to send my inner world into... I Guess That s What It s All About
