So I have been around here for a little while. I spend most of my time on the my combat ptsd forum since my ptsd is mainly from my deployment to Afghanistan in 2010 but is also because of a break in that happened a few months after my deployment. But anyway I like coming to this forum as well because it opens my eyes to how ptsd symptoms are ptsd symptoms if it is combat related or not and how we can still help each other and support each other.
