Guns And Mental Illness

I was just reading a blog post by a psychiatrist (this blog post is of a satire nature, before people jump up and down) outlining all the ways one could possibly monitor for mental illness to remove guns from those who go and perform mass killings or such. I found it highly amusing, as it would pretty much mean the entire world... which maybe is the point. Why have guns, period!
