I need some advice or opinions on an issue I ve been having.. Recently I ve been having a lot of night terrors (at least I think that s what it is). I ll go to sleep, then wake up a couple of hours later in a panic, thinking I m locked inside a room with no way out. A part of me is aware while it s happening but I m very confused and disoriented and it s as though my body and emotions have a mind of it s own. I start screaming and yelling for help and stuff, and I also start running around... Sleep Walking/ Night Terrors
