I was doing well last year. My mother died in August. ( A relief). This exposed me to my toxic family again and I tried to heal the wounds for over six months. Then cut off contact again after witnessing their distorted, thinking all over again. My brother s sexual abuse of me and predatory behaviour of my girlfriends was raised within the family and it all turned to denial and a shit storm.
