I m not sure where to post this, so I just put it here. As some of you know, ive been having a rough time lately. I feel pretty unstable most days. Not suicidal. But like I m one step away from a nervous breakdown. I almost admitted myself to a hospital last week. But I decided not to. But I went to my dr today and she discussed partial hospitalization with me. She wants me to consider it. Ive never been to it and I ve never been hospitalized. So this is new to me. But I m having such a hard... Partial Hospitalization????
