Anxious, Scared, Feeling Alone

Feeling pretty down tonight. I ve been doing pretty well before this, but the culmination of discovering a new trigger and a new memory looming and I m feeling so terrible. Also went on a trip for the weekend and ran into my old, first, therapist who provokes a great deal of anxiety within me. Tonight I feel horrid. Caught in that stage of wanting to fall to the floor and cry so hard I sound like I m screeching but not being able to because it s all somehow caught in my chest and...
