Hi all. Thanks for this great resource. Not really sure where to start but I ve been hanging around here and reading threads a lot so thought I should find some courage and introduce myself. I was diagnosed with PTSD, depression and anxiety about 4 years ago. I guess from CSA but there have been a few encounters with the same person since I have not been a "C" that seem more troubling to me. Those ones play on my mind more, maybe just because they re more recent and harder to forget or... Hi, Gotta Start Somewhere I Guess
