Hi - My dh was in SF for 24 years and is now a cop. I am convinced he has PTSD though he says everything s fine. Gradually and over the years, I ve become more and more stressed, sometimes feeling like I m crazy and that there s something wrong with me. 2 of my 3 adult children have been diagnosed with GAD and clinical depression. But he s "fine". I had an epiphany last month when I was watching a home video from 18 years ago. When I saw how he behaved and how the 2 of us interacted, I was... Everything s Fine... Not!
