I went into a flashback during therapy yesterday (not uncommon for me), actually right as we were ending the session. My therapist started to yell at me to come back into the room, or at least it seemed that she was yelling. She was speaking very loudly and very forcefully, much more so than any time in the past. This went on for a while as she tried different things to bring me out of it. At one point she was hovering over me, way too close to me, and speaking in a very harsh tone. She...
